Early American - BORDER

I am SO excited to start these darling pieces and to share my love of America, stitching and Little House Needleworks with you!!

Design series: "The Early Americans"
Designed by: Diane Williams of Little House Needleworks
You may view the recommended fabrics, flosses and pattern layout, etc: HERE

My choices for my all on one piece sampler is:
28 ct. evenweave ~ I am using MCG Textiles evenweave and used my Bake and Basted Recipe as in my written tutorial from 2009, which may be accessed: HERE
The size I cut my fabric was very generous and it measures 23 inches x 23 inches
I am using all Classic Colorworks over-dyed cottons.
I am using all the called for colors with the exception of:
Used Brick - I changed to - Cherry Cobbler
Blue Corn - I changed to - Blacksmith Blue
(Reason? I have three other patriotic samplers in my "patriotic room" that uses these colors)

Would you like the border too? Please click on the picture to view in my Flickr Album...if you use the spyglass it will blow it up for you and you can use as a pattern, with my compliments BUT of course...please remember to give credit, where credit is due...that is my time and work that I put into that border and I deserve credit. Sharing is caring and I share because I care, but it hurts my feelings when people take and use me then don't credit the artist that created it. Thank you for understanding.
(The stars look gray so that you could see them-but should be stitched in Classic Colorworks Eggshell)
Lg. Gold Stars: CCW Ye Olde Gold
Gray Stars - CCW Eggshell
Blue = CCW Blue Corn (I changed to Blacksmith Blue)
Red: Used Brick (I changed to Cherry Cobbler)
