Day 23....

Day 23...
'tis the reason for the season...
I collect Nativity Scenes and here is a sampling of my favorites from around our home.

First Nativity

Hearth Nativity

HSE Nativity

Little People Nativity

Round Nativity

Peanuts

 Until tomorrow....
I'll be keeping my hands to work..
my heart to God..
while treating my neighbor with kindness and respect,
and trying to be the best me I can be.
It's hard, isn't it?
I may stumble and I may fall, but I pick myself up and I remember:
To thine own self be true...
because...
I want to BE the change I want to SEE.
Join me!

I am blessed...

Merry Christmas,
Vonna xxxx

  12. They are wonderful, especially the Peanuts collection. A Charlie Brown Christmas is one of our favorites at Christmas. Linus explains things perfectly

  13. Such a nice variety of nativity scenes. And so many different styles. The stitched one is a real beauty.
When I was a child my family lived in the same house as my grandparents. And my grandfather always put up a very old nativity scene which was made by one of my grandmother's ancestors, and everything was handmade. I loved watching my grandfather putting it up. It's one of my nicest childhood Christmas memories.

  22. What a great collection. I have the stable that was in my family for as long as I can remember. It means so much to me. It is always one of the first things I put up for Christmas.

  27. I thought of collecting them, and purchased a couple of 'new' ones last year... Ended up giving one away, and using the other one. However, this year, I just wanted to go back to my original, simple, elegant one... so gave the other one away too! Sticking with what I like (today...Ha!) How many do you have in all! What you showed were just a few of your collection... yes?
