HAED Friday Stitching

Happy Saturday Friends! :o) Well this is what I did last Friday - about 425 stitches:

And here's what I did...last night, I added 400 more stitches:

Last night, I seemed to have a better rhythm...I can see that perhaps gridding would be beneficial...just to know where your 10 squares are...however, I'm finding If I limit myself to just two blocks at a time...that I can figure out where I am. WHEW! I'm pretty proud of myself...

So back in the bag.... goes the HAED and you'll just have to wait until Monday to see what rabbit I pull out of my hat next! :o)

Until Next time....thank you so much for your visits, enjoy your weekend, take your vitamins, have some fun, hug your friends and family and remember to count your stitches and your blessings!

  8. Looks great! I think keeping track of where you are is the hardest part, especially when it's the same colors.

  15. Wonderful progress. I don't grid. I tried it but found the extra threads created a few fiber probs so now I don't bother. Come on - we're pros lol. x

  16. You're making great progress on this. It does look by keeping to the 10x10 squares you should be able to track where you are. If you were to jump around though I can see why it really would need to be gridded. Loved your earlier start of Peppermint Twist too. I have that one on my wish list and hope to do towards the end of this year.

  23. Wow, this looks beautiful, happy stitching! It will be great to see your progress, it's a lovely start. I've been thinking of starting a HAED design for a long time already and now I found a cute cat design I want to stitch. I've decided that as soon as I've finished one of my WIPs in my rotation, I'll start stitching my first HAED :)
