My Mama is Famous!

I found a blog this summer and just fell in love with it....I introduced my Mama to the blog and she fell in love with it too!

SO if you love primitive, country, cozy, shabby chic things....and recipies of the MOST divine nature ~ then Tina at Cherry Hill Cottage is the gal for you!

Today my Mama's recipie for "Gooey Bars" is featured on Tina's Blog!

    The turkey on the exchange piece is lovely, and your flatfold finishing really adds that special touch. I was just thinking today about how I don't have any Thanksgiving stitching around the house.

  6. Tina's blog was one of the first ones I found - been in love with it since day one! She only lives 30 miles up the road from me but I've still not met her in person. Those 'Gooey Bars' look wonderful - I'll be trying them soon!

  9. I make this all the time. Here we call it ooey gooey cake, chess squares or goosey cake. I made this for the Halloween party we went to last weekend. It was gone within the first hour. :D Great cake.

  14. The blog is great, I will be following it and the recipe I must make! What she wrote was right...anything with gooey in it has to be great!

    Your turkey is *WOW* - like that's a lot of stitching and looks like a lot of color changing too!
    Looks awesome as a flatfold.
