Fair and Square - Friendship Squares Exchange

Hello People!
Annemarie kindly asked me to help her organize the Friendship Squares Exchange, since there seemed to be quite a bit of interest. We have made a blog which contains the "RULES" - this serves two parts...1.) it explains what the Fair and Square exchange will be 2.) Sets ground rules that we all can follow so that there aren't any hidden surprises.
If you are interested in partcipating or learning more about this idea....please go to Fair and Square Rules for more information. If you are interested then leave a comment and make sure that either your blog has your e-mail listed or that you actually leave your e-mail so that we can get a hold of you.
Names will be taken until June 1, 2007 for this first round...A new round should start every 8 weeks.
Thanks for reading and your interest!

  2. Vonna,
Thanks for visiting my blog. It, in turn introduced me to yours and I found your Tin Box finishing instructions. I have been collecting those little tins for ages and have always wanted to finish one off with stitching on the top and now I have the instructions to do it.

    Thanks!

  5. Vonna, sorry but I can`t leave a commend on the Squares Exchange blog. I really would love to participate. But some questions about the rules. As I started to stitch and to finish such squares, I would love to get them without the backstitch border. My backstitchborder is 60x60 with perlcotton , because I wanted this squares 10x10 cm finished. So looks like I have to do the border by myself. Think that wouldn´t be a great poblem???

  7. Hi Vonna! Great idea you and Annemarie are putting into action. I'm going to see how far I can get with my current obligation stitching before I sign up, though, to avoid ... stress. ;)
