on July 5, 2010 is my 40th birthday. Good thing is, I don't feel any different in any way from today than I felt 19 years ago when I turned 21.....or 24 year ago when I turned sweet 16....I honestly feel the same and arise each morning filled with that same happiness and hope that I felt when I was a much younger me. I have been blessed with many things throughout my 40 years on this earth, but most especially my health, my faith, my family and my flag. So to celebrate 40 years of Vonna :) *hardy har, har...* I stitched a wee little pretty to represent me and without further ado here it is:

If I couldn't have mine on July 4th(one of my favorite holidays, I love fireworks and all things red,white and blue) then I am glad mine was on Thanksgiving. Hope you are having great weather today and all week in honor of you. Whether your 40 or 45, your right it's all in how you feel. Most day's I still think of myself as 25 or 27. The 30's is all a blur.
