I did it! I finished one of the July Blackbird Designs stockings. It wasn't pretty, I had to figure out the process, and I came to KNOW that the way Alma and Barb give the instructions in the back is the way to finish them! Easy peasy once you get the hang of it :o)
Stitched on 28 ct. bake and basted by me evenweave
Fibers: DMC as given in the pattern
Started: July 18, 2009
Finished: July 21, 2009
Now on to the other 20 stockings.....

Those stockings are the funnest to stitch. Can hardly wait to see the Halloween ones.

ReplyDeleteWhat a super cute finish, Vonna! YGG! I saw a bunch of the stockings stitched by one of the ladies at my LNS and they are oh, so cute! Then when we went to a not so LNS, they had them finished & hanging on a little tree. Super cute! So many fun things to stitch, so little time!!
